DO YOU DELIVERY WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we deliver globally by air express to make sure you receive the items as quickly as possible. If you do not see your countries on the list upon check-out, please get in touch for a customised quote. Once your item is picked up by the courier, we would notify you with the specific code for tracking.
HOW FAST DOES IT ARRIVE?
While the required time varies by geographic location, in the vast majority of cases, the air express delivery via premium couriers should optimise the Customs clearance and local delivery schedule to no longer than 2 weeks.
WHAT IS THE FEE BASED ON?
• Airlines charge items per actual weight, or volume weight, whichever is heavier. Volume weight is a freight- specific measure on an item's volumetric kilogram to avoid transporting lightweight yet space-occupying items.
• There is also the fuel surcharge, the same as you are charged for a passenger flight ticket. The surcharge percentage is subject to monthly adjustment based on the U.S. Gulf Coast (USGC) spot price for jet fuel and it typically floats between 30% to 40%.
CAN I USE AN ECON COURIER?
• By default, your order is delivered through air express for an efficient and safe journey. The premium couriers that we partner with will offer tracking codes for real-time updates and better Customs clearance.
• If you are not time-sensitive, you may check out certain consolidated shipping platforms with warehouses in regions with complimentary delivery privileges.
WHAT IF IT'S LOST?
Rest assured that anytime before the package is sign-received by the delivery address, we will cover everything and re-send a new one on our account.
